14-Day Returns

For online orders, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days, without being required to justify the decision, under the applicable consumer protection legislation.

2. When the 14-Day Period Starts

The withdrawal period begins, as a rule, on the day the customer or a person indicated by them, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product.

If products from the same order are delivered separately, the period starts from receipt of the last product.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Send a clear withdrawal request to vanzari@dramaclub.ro before the 14-day period expires.
  2. Include the order number, customer name and the products you wish to return.
  3. You will receive confirmation and the shipping instructions.
  4. Ship the products without undue delay, within at most 14 days of communicating the withdrawal.

Do not send the parcel cash on delivery. Parcels sent without prior notification or with cash on delivery may be refused.

4. Conditions for Returned Products

  • The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received.
  • The product must show no signs of wear, washing, damage or alteration.
  • Tags, packaging and any accessories received must be returned, if applicable.
  • The product may only be handled to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

The customer may be liable for any diminishment in the product's value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for normal inspection.

5. Products Excluded from Returns

Under applicable law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised, and to sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Products in the QR category are personalised products and cannot be returned, except where the product is incorrect, damaged or non-conforming.

Any exception will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the product and applicable legal provisions.

6. Return Shipping Cost

The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except where the product was delivered incorrectly or has a defect attributable to DRAMACLUB.

If the product received is incorrect or defective, please contact us before sending the return for verification and instructions.

7. Refunds

Amounts due are refunded without undue delay and, in any case, within the legal timeframe calculated from the date of notification of withdrawal.

The refund may be withheld until the returned products are received or until proof of dispatch is provided, whichever is the earlier date.

Refunds are processed, as a rule, using the same payment method used for the order, unless another method is expressly agreed.

8. Incorrect, Damaged or Non-Conforming Products

If you have received an incorrect, damaged or non-conforming product, contact us as soon as possible at vanzari@dramaclub.ro and provide the order number, description of the issue and relevant photographs.
