Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day and will be processed on business days, in accordance with the Company's operational schedule.
2. About DRAMACLUB
DRAMACLUB is an online clothing store, with a focus on t-shirts and casual/urban apparel. Products available on the site are presented with information regarding their name, price, images, available sizes and other relevant characteristics.
The Company reserves the right to modify the product range, prices, descriptions and product availability, in compliance with applicable legislation.
3. Intellectual Property
The content of the website, including logos, texts, images, graphics, visual elements, interfaces, code and other materials, is the property of DRAMACLUB / BrodartCreation SRL or is used under a right of use. These elements are protected by copyright and intellectual property legislation.
Copying, distributing, modifying, publishing or using the website's content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Company is prohibited.
4. Customer Account
The website can be accessed and orders can be placed without creating an account. The customer may optionally request the creation of an account to access order history, in which case they will receive a temporary link to set their password.
The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities carried out through their account.
5. Personal Data
DRAMACLUB processes personal data necessary for order processing, product delivery, invoicing, customer communication, customer account management and fulfilment of legal obligations.
Data categories may include: first name, last name, address, phone number, email, delivery details, billing details, order history and payment information. Card data is not stored by DRAMACLUB; online card payments are processed through the payment provider integrated on the site.

6. Purchase Process
- The customer selects the desired product, size and quantity.
- The product is added to the shopping cart.
- The customer reviews the cart contents and proceeds to the order summary.
- The customer fills in the delivery and contact details.
- The customer selects the available payment method.
- The order is submitted for processing after confirmation of details and/or completion of payment.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that the data provided is correct and that they accept these Terms and Conditions.
7. Prices and Availability
Prices displayed on the site are expressed in Romanian Lei (RON) and represent the final prices payable for products. The applicable tax regime is shown on the issued invoice.
Product availability is displayed on the site based on existing stock. Technical errors or delays in stock updates may occur. If an ordered product is no longer available, the customer will be notified and, as applicable, the order will be modified or cancelled, with a refund of any amounts paid.
8. Payment Methods
DRAMACLUB may offer customers the following payment methods:
- Online card payment, through the payment processor integrated on the site.
- Cash on delivery. A surcharge of up to 5 RON may apply for cash on delivery, displayed before completing the order.
In the case of online card payment, the customer will have nothing additional to pay to the courier for the ordered products, except in cases explicitly communicated.
9. Product Delivery
Products are delivered by courier to the indicated address or to a FanBox pickup point selected by the customer. The available courier service is communicated upon shipment processing.
The estimated delivery time is communicated after order processing and may vary depending on product availability, delivery address and peak periods. In the absence of a different agreement, delivery is carried out within the applicable legal timeframe.
The customer is obliged to check the integrity of the package upon receipt. If the packaging is visibly damaged, the customer may refuse the package or request that a damage report be drawn up by the courier.
10. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days, in accordance with applicable legislation, without being required to justify the withdrawal decision.
The withdrawal period runs, as a rule, from the date on which the customer or a third party indicated by them, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.
DRAMACLUB return conditions:
- The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, without signs of wear, damage, washing or alteration.
- The product must be returned together with the tags, packaging and accessories received, if any.
- Products in the QR category are personalised products and cannot be returned, except in cases where the product is incorrect, damaged or non-conforming.
- The customer bears the cost of return shipping, except where the product was delivered incorrectly or has defects attributable to the Company.
- Return requests must be submitted to vanzari@dramaclub.ro and shipped in accordance with the instructions received.
Refunds will be processed within the legal timeframe, using, as a rule, the same payment method used by the customer, unless the parties agree otherwise.
11. Product Warranty
Products sold benefit from the statutory legal conformity warranty in accordance with applicable legislation. The warranty covers conformity defects existing at the time of delivery or arising under the conditions provided by law.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, incorrect washing/maintenance, unauthorised modifications, accidents, impacts, cuts, stains or other defects caused by the customer's fault.
For warranty claims, the customer must contact DRAMACLUB at vanzari@dramaclub.ro, providing the order number, description of the issue and relevant photographs.
12. Order Invoicing
The invoice or fiscal documents related to the order will be issued in accordance with applicable legislation and sent to the customer by email or made available through the customer account, as applicable.
For invoicing to a legal entity, the customer must select the "Company" option and provide the correct details before the invoice is issued.
13. Technical Errors
DRAMACLUB reserves the right to cancel or correct an order if it was placed based on an obvious technical error, including but not limited to derisory prices, incorrectly displayed stock, incorrect descriptions or site malfunctions.
In such cases, the customer will be informed as soon as possible, and any amounts paid will be refunded.
14. Complaints
Any complaint regarding DRAMACLUB products, orders or services can be sent to vanzari@dramaclub.ro.
The complaint must include the order number, description of the situation and, where applicable, photographs or relevant documents.
15. Force Majeure
DRAMACLUB cannot be held liable for delays or failures to perform caused by force majeure events or fortuitous circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, conflicts, strikes, authority restrictions, internet service interruptions, courier, energy or other situations beyond the Company's control.
16. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt amicable resolution. If amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in accordance with the law.
Consumers may also use the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms provided by ANPC. Court jurisdiction is established in accordance with the law.
17. Modification of Terms
DRAMACLUB reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable to an order is the version published on the site at the time the order is placed.
