Delivery and Payment
Choose the delivery and payment method that suits you at checkout. All costs are displayed before order confirmation.
Home delivery
Your order is delivered by courier to the address entered at checkout.
FanBox delivery
Select an available FanBox locker for the city and postcode you entered.
Card payment
Online payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Cash on delivery
Pay for your order upon delivery. A cash-on-delivery fee of 5 RON applies.

The 5 RON cash-on-delivery fee is added separately to the order total when you choose cash on delivery.
How delivery works
- Fill in your delivery details and choose home or FanBox delivery.
- Check the delivery cost and order total before confirming.
- After your order is processed, you will receive shipping information.
- Follow the courier's instructions to receive or collect your parcel.
The actual delivery time may vary depending on product availability, location, peak periods and the available courier service.
Card payment
Online payment is processed through Stripe. DRAMACLUB does not store full bank card details. After selecting card payment, you will be directed to the secure payment flow.
The order is considered paid after successful transaction confirmation by the payment processor.
Cash on delivery
For cash on delivery, the amount is paid at delivery according to the courier's instructions. A cash-on-delivery fee of 5 RON is added to the order total, displayed before confirmation.
Invoice
The invoice is issued based on the billing details entered at checkout and sent electronically. For a company invoice, select "Company" as the customer type and fill in the required details.
